Deliveries of products

Delivery method

All deliveries of our products in Greece are made via shipping company (courier). When your order is shipped from our store we inform you via email which courier will deliver it and we give you the tracking number so you can track your order.

Delivery time

The delivery time of your order is 2-4 business days and depends on the destination. The courier’s obligation is to deliver your order to your door, unless you wish to pick it up from its place after communication with them. In case you are absent, the courier will do two (2) more delivery efforts and will leave you a contact note.

Our company does not bear any responsibility in case of delay on delivery due to force majeure (eg due to extreme weather conditions, natural phenomena, delays for other reasons concerning the transport company etc).

Traditions with the methods 1) Click away 2) Click in shop also apply to the city of Patras. In these two cases no extra costs will be charged upon delivery.

Delivery cost

Greece

For purchases worth more than 29.90 Euros, shipping is free. For purchases under 29.90 Euros shipping costs 3 Euros. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card or deposit in a bank account there is no extra charge. However, if you choose to pay by cash on delivery you will be charged an additional amount of 2 Euros, which you will pay with the value of your order to the courier. At all stages of your order you will receive emails for your information. You can also be informed for the progress of your order by clicking on the “track order” section.

Cyprus

For product deliveries to Cyprus a prerequisite is to have your order paid before it is sent to you, you can do that by choosing one of the available payment methods besides cash on delivery. For orders over 100 Euros shipping is free. For orders under 100 Euros shipping costs 10 Euros for standard shipping (3-5 business days).

All prices (products-shipping costs-COD) include 24% VAT.
